Care that doesn’t wait for a crisis.
Inspiron began as a clinic. Therapy and psychiatry, one person at a time. Over the years it became clear that many of the people who needed us most were not going to walk through the door — not yet, and sometimes not ever.
These courses are our answer to that. The same clinical thinking, written down carefully, available to anyone at any hour.
To make good mental-health education ordinary.
Most of what circulates about mental health is either too clinical to be useful or too simple to be true. We wanted a third option: material written by people who do this work every week, in language that assumes intelligence rather than expertise.
Everything we publish has to pass a simple test. Would the clinician who wrote it say this to a client, in these words, and stand behind it? If not, it does not go out.

What we will not do
Start where you are.
One course. A few evenings. That is a reasonable beginning, and it is enough.
